Thank you for your interest in the Rehome Roots Tiny Home Program. Our mission is to create stable, long-term housing solutions for individuals and families experiencing housing insecurity through our innovative "pay it forward" model.
How Our Program Works:
We partner with compassionate landowners who provide space for a tiny home on their property. Through donations and proceeds from Heartland Homes Project tiny home sales, we fund the purchase and installation of quality tiny homes. Selected residents enter an affordable rent-to-buy arrangement for their new home. As residents gradually repay the cost of their homes, these funds directly finance homes for others in need.
This creates a community driven, sustainable cycle of compassionate homeownership where each resident helps provide housing for future program participants
